Rebranding for established studios.
For studios that have outgrown the brand they opened with. We keep what members already love and fix what's holding you back.

Signs it's time.
One of these on its own is usually a fix, not a rebrand. Three or more, and the brand is holding the studio back.
- The logo was made before you opened, in a hurry
- You've added a new class type the brand doesn't fit
- You're opening a second location
- Your prices have gone up, but the brand still looks budget
- New members find you on Instagram, then can't book on your site
- Your signage, socials and website all look slightly different
- A competitor opened nearby and looks more established
- You're embarrassed to hand out your own flyer
Refresh or rebrand?
Not every studio needs to start again. Here's how we tell the difference.
Refresh
- When. The idea is right, the execution has dated
- Name. Stays
- Logo. Redrawn and tidied
- Colour and type. Kept, refined
- Website. Updated or rebuilt
- Members notice. It feels sharper
Rebrand
- When. The studio has changed: new offer, new audience, more sites
- Name. Usually stays. Sometimes changes
- Logo. New
- Colour and type. New system
- Website. Rebuilt
- Members notice. It feels like a new chapter
Both are part of Brand & Digital, scoped on a call after a short audit.
How a rebrand rolls out.
Planned so members are excited by the change, not confused by it.
Audit
Brand, website, booking journey and members.
Direction
Positioning sharpened, routes presented.
Identity
The new system, built and tested.
Rollout
Website, booking screens, socials and signage, in order.
Relaunch
Telling members first, then everyone else.
In practice
Where this fits
This isn't sold on its own. It's part of a fixed-fee offer, priced before we start.
Book a discovery callQuestions about rebranding
Will we lose members?
Not if they hear it from you first. We plan the relaunch so members see the change before the public does, and we keep the things they're attached to, like class names and the colour they know.
Do we have to change our name?
Rarely. A name with history is worth keeping unless it's actively getting in the way, for example if it ties you to one class type you've moved beyond.
How long does a rebrand take?
Eight to twelve weeks, depending on how much changes. A refresh is at the shorter end.
Can you update our signage and booking app too?
Yes. We produce the artwork and specs for signage, and restyle your booking platform's screens as far as the platform allows.
Outgrown your brand? Let's talk.
Tell us where you are. We'll tell you honestly how we can help.
