What studios ask us about booking technology

Should my site use the platform's booking widget or a custom flow?

Use the platform's own booking tools for the booking itself, and design everything around them. A custom flow built on top of a platform adds cost and breaks when the platform changes.

What we design is the journey into the booking: how classes, prices and the intro offer are presented on your own pages, where the widget sits, and what it looks like on a phone.

Can search engines read my timetable?

Often not well. Embedded timetables load from the booking platform, not from your site.

So the things you want found (class types, prices, the intro offer, your location and opening hours) go on your own pages as real text, with the right structured data.

Which platforms do you work with?

Mindbody, Momence, CodexFit, Mariana Tek, bsport, Arketa, Glofox and Virtuagym. If you use something else, ask. Most platforms can be designed around.

Are you official partners?
